我院抗肿瘤药物使用状况分析(1)

【摘要】目的：了解我院2006年度抗肿瘤药物的使用情况。方法：采用金额和用药频度排序法对药物的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：抗肿瘤药物用药金额列前3位依次为紫杉醇(13.13%)、参芪扶正注射液(11.40%)、吉西他宾(9.47%)；用药频度前3位依次为他莫西芬(26.28%)、格拉司琼(7.86%)、参芪扶正注射液(7.14%)。结论：我院抗肿瘤药使用状况比较合理；抗肿瘤植物药和中药类已经成为肿瘤用药的主要趋势，还应加快国产化疗药物及化疗辅助药物的研制，以降低费用，减轻患者负担。

【Abstract】Objective: To understand the year 2006 in our hospital the use of anticancer drugs. Methods: The amount and frequency of use of the drug sort of the use of statistical analysis. Results: anticancer drug treatment out of the former three were paclitaxel (13.13%), Shenqi Fuzheng injection (11.40%), gemcitabine (9.47 percent); DDDs before the three were Tamoxifen (26.28%), granisetron (7.86 percent), Shenqi Fuzheng injection (7.14%). Conclusion: The use of anticancer drugs in our hospital more reasonable; anti-tumor type plants and traditional Chinese medicine has become the main trend of cancer drugs, should also accelerate the domestic chemotherapy drugs and chemotherapy drugs supporting the development, to reduce costs, reduce the burden on patients. ......
