【摘要】目前我国对绝经后妇女用ERT防治冠心病的工作尚未普及。为此，我们检测了部分更年期妇女及雌激素替代治疗后的血清载脂蛋白、血脂、雌激素、FSH水平，以探讨更年期妇女血清载脂蛋白及血脂水平与雌激素变化的关系，进一步说明雌激素替代治疗的临床意义。【关键词】雌激素；血清ApoA-I、B；其他血脂；变化
