应用荧光法检测人体尿样中对硝基酚的含量
【摘要】对硝基酚是人体接触硝基苯类同系物后体内产生的主要代谢产物，尿中对硝基酚浓度的测定，被认为是生物学监测和职业病诊断的重要指标。我们建立了高效液相色谱(荧光法)检测人体尿样中对硝基酚的新方法。本方法操作简单，不需程序梯度洗脱，不需柱前衍生，灵敏度高，检出限低，能够满足实际工作中含量较低的生物样品测定。【关键词】尿样；应用荧光法；硝基酚

【Abstract】On nitrophenol is similar nitrobenzene of human contact after the body of the main metabolites, urinary concentrations of nitrophenols to the determination was considered the biological monitoring and diagnosis of occupational diseases as an important indicator. We have established a high-performance liquid chromatography (fluorescence) detected in the urine of human nitrophenol the new method. The method is simple, no gradient elution procedures, without pre-column derivatives, high sensitivity, low detection limits, to meet the actual work of a lower level of biological samples.
