山莨菪碱减少红霉素胃肠道反应治疗体会
【摘要】 红霉素抗菌谱与青霉素近似,但其胃肠道不良反应较重,且发生率较高,使其在感染性疾病中的应用受到了一定程度的限制。我科自2005年1月~2007年1月,在红霉素葡萄糖溶液中加入少量盐酸山莨菪碱注射液,以减轻红霉素胃肠道不良反应,效果满意。【关键词】山莨菪碱；红霉素；胃肠道反应
