心律平异搏定对阵发性室上速疗效对比
【摘要】目的：对比心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的治疗效果及各自的副反应。方法：对我院急诊接诊的48例阵发性室上速随机分成心律平和异搏定治疗组，心律平组给予心律平70mg～140mg静注，异搏定组给予异搏定5mg～10mg静注。结果:心律平和异搏定对阵发性室上性的治疗效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),副作用异搏定较心律平高。结论:PSVT应首选心律平,异搏定可作为一线药物,须注意其副作用。【关键词】 阵发性室上速；心律平；异搏定

【Abstract】Objective: calm verapamil rhythm of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) and the treatment of their respective side. Method: I Jiezhen the hospital emergency room on the 48 cases of paroxysmal speed were randomly divided into rhythm calm verapamil group, propafenone group to propafenone 70 mg ~ 140mg injection, verapamil group to verapamil 5 mg ~ 10mg Intravenous injection. Results: calm verapamil rhythm of paroxysmal room on the therapeutic effect of the difference was not significant (P> 0.05), side effects of verapamil than propafenone high. Conclusion: PSVT should be preferred propafenone, verapamil can be used as first-line drugs, it should be noted its side effects. ......
