【Abstract】Ln recent years, as the country several times on drug prices substantially lower retail drugs and increasing competition among China's medicine retail industry is facing great changes. In order to account for drugs in the retail market place, a pharmacy services is also increasingly concerned about raising the level of their own, pharmacy services staff as a special form of pharmacy services, more and more pharmacies operators and consumers attention.
