【摘要】护理工作是一项责任重大的服务性工作。良好的职业道德和高度的工作责任心对防范和减少护理医疗纠纷十分必要。手术室护士应树立全心全意为人民服务的思想和“以人为本”的服务理念，想患者所想，急患者所急，“以病人为中心”。改变服务态度，增强服务意识，深化开展“以病人为中心”的优质服务活动。【关键词】手术室护理；差错事故；防范；方法

【Abstract】 Care is a major responsibility of the service work. Good professional ethics and a high degree of responsibility in preventing and reducing health care disputes is very necessary. Operating room nurses should foster the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly and "people-oriented" service concept, patients would like to think, in patients with acute urgency, "patient-centered."
