浅论科室护理人力资源潜能开发与管理(1)

     【摘要】在现实条件下,医院科室护理工作主要由护士承担,而护士长作为科室内护理人力资源开发与管理的直接负责人,其管理对象就是护士,但由于对激励下属护士主观能动性的激励因素(工资、奖励、福利、任用、晋升、外出进修、学习等)缺乏充分的支配权,就目前具体的护理环境,本文试图讨论,在现实条件下,护士长通过树立以人为本,尊重护士个人的理念,同时,借助多种形式的培训方式,正确把握奖惩艺术,以期达到科内护理人力资源的合理开发和管理,从而在科室内,最大可能地激发护士的主观能动性,从而实现护理人力资源的精干和高效。
