胰头癌外科姑息性治疗探讨
【摘要】胰腺癌有逐渐增多的趋势,其中胰头癌占80%左右,目前已成为较常见的消化系统癌瘤之一,由于胰头癌早期症状隐匿，绝大多数患者以黄疸为主诉，就诊时病情已属晚期，致使胰头癌的手术切除率仅为15%，而术后5年生存率低于10%~15%我科于2004~2008年对24例晚期胰头癌患者行姑息性手术治疗，现将其疗效在文中总结。【关键词】胰头癌；胆道转流；胃肠转流
