52例早产儿临床分析
【摘要】早产儿是指胎龄不足37周，多数体重不足2500g，又称未成熟儿，我国早产儿的发生率约为5%~10%。其死亡率约为12.7%~20.8%，且胎龄愈小，体重愈轻，死亡率愈高，因此要注重早产儿管理。【关键词】早产儿；52例；临床分析
