探讨出血性输卵管炎的临床分析
【摘要】2007年1月~2008年1月我院经手术及病理组织学确诊出血性输卵管炎9例，对出血性输卵管炎一般以保守治疗为主，原则上抗炎和对症治疗，对诊断困难者，在积极抗炎的同时，密切观察病情，如24小时病情无改善或出现血压下降、休克及腹腔内出血，则行剖腹探查。【关键词】出血性输卵管炎；临床分析
