78例老年大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的临床手术治疗探讨

【摘要】老年人大肠癌发展缓慢，症状隐匿，急性肠梗阻是其常见的一种并发症。梗阻常呈渐进性发展，就诊时间的早晚影响手术时机及手术方式的选择，我院自2003年1月~2006年12月共收治大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻的患者78例，现将其临床资料总结分析。
