改良横切口剖宫产与子宫下段剖宫产效果比较
【摘要】目地：为了解决剖宫产术后产妇的疼痛、出血多、避免血管以及膀胱的损伤，减少术后粘连，缩短手术时间，术后排气快、进食早，乳汁分泌早，有利于切口的愈合，母婴等健康问题。方法：采用改良横切口剖宫产，并设对照组进行对比观察。结果：研究组采用改良横切口剖宫产，取得满意效果，与对照组比较，差异有显著性。【关健词】剖宫产；子宫下段；改良横切口

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to resolve the caesarean birth problems which happen after theopration:women's ache, bleeds many, blood vessel as well as the urinary bladder damage,conglutination,long surgery time, exhausts quickly, the early feed, the early milksecretion,the hard incision cicatrization, and the healthy affair of mothers and infants.Method: Uses the improving the horizontal margin-split-caesarean birth, and sets up thecontrol group to carry on the contrast and observation.Result: The study team obtains satisfaction effect by use the improving the horizontalmargin-split-caesarean birth to produce.They compares them with the control group, get thedistinctive differences. ......
