80例严重多发伤中腹部损伤诊治体会

【摘要】目的：探讨多发伤中腹部损伤的救治及并发症的防治。方法：报告我院近年来收治多发伤中腹部损伤80例病人，在救治过程中，根据病情轻重缓急，进行稳妥、快速、确切有效的处理。强调腹腔实质性脏器损伤以快速止血抢救生命；空腔脏器损伤重视腹腔感染及其并发症的防治。结果：80例病人存活75例，治愈率93.7%；死亡5例死亡率6.3%。结论：遵循多发伤中腹部损伤救治的优先处理顺序原则，避免损伤脏器术中的遗漏是提高治愈率的关键。

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the multiple injuries in the abdominal injury treatment and the prevention of complications.
