【摘要】胃复安为胃驱动药，临床上较常用，一般用药都比较安全，但过量可引起锥体外系反应。在广大农村由于卫生知识的缺乏和用药剂量掌握不准，小儿胃复安中毒较为常见。我科自2003年1月~2007年12月共收治了25例胃复安中毒的小儿，均治愈出院，未留下任何后遗症。
