【摘要】产道血肿是指产时与产后数小时内软产道即子宫下段、宫颈、阴道、会阴等部位发生血肿。临床最常见的部位为阴道，属产后出血的一种形式。因其发病隐蔽，血肿的发现易被延误，常致出血增多，如处理不当，可引起严重后果，甚至威胁产妇的生命安全。【关键词】产道血肿；原因；护理要点

【Abstract】Middle Road hematoma is at the middle and soft production within a few hours after childbirth, that is, the lower uterine, cervical, vaginal and perineum, and other sites in hematoma. The most common site of the vagina, is a form of postpartum hemorrhage. Because the incidence of concealment, found easily delay the hematoma, caused by bleeding more often, if handled properly, can cause serious consequences, even threatening the lives and safety of mothers.
