穴位注射治疗慢性咽炎46例分析

【摘要】慢性咽炎为咽粘膜慢性炎症，是临床上咽科常见病。我们统计两年来应用穴位注射法治疗慢性咽炎46例，获得良好效果。方法：取人迎、廉泉穴位注射利多卡因与地塞米松混合液。结果：治愈38例(占73.1%)，好转11例(占21.2%)，无效3例(其中失访1例，占5.7%)，总有效率94.3%。

【Abstract】Chronic pharyngitis for pharyngeal mucosa of chronic inflammation, is the common diseases of the pharynx Branch. Statistics over the past two years we point injection method of treatment of chronic pharyngitis 46 cases, access to good results. Methods: people Ying, Lian-chuen point injection of lidocaine and dexamethasone mixture. Results: cured 38 cases (73.1%), improved in 11 cases (21.2%), invalid three cases (which lost one cases, accounting for 5.7 per cent), the total efficiency of 94.3 percent.
