急性重型颅脑损伤合并休克25例的救治体会
【摘要】目的:总结重型颅脑损伤合并休克患者的救治经验及临床特点，分析其休克发生的原因及机理。 方法:对我院收治的25例重型颅脑损伤合并休克患者进行回顾性分析，对病人严密监护，及时进行手术、抗休克及其它综合治疗。结果:本组25例病人15人成活，10例死亡，死亡率为40%。结论:早期迅速查明休克原因，正确早期治疗，可明显改善预后。【关键词】重型颅脑损伤；合并休克；救治体会
Acute severe brain injury with the shock treatment of 25 cases

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the severe head injury with shock treatment in patients with experience and clinical features, analysis of the causes of their shock and mechanism. Methods: The hospital treated 25 cases of severe brain injury patients with shock retrospective analysis of intensive care patients, timely surgery, and other anti-shock treatment. Results: The 25 patients who survived 15 patients, 10 patients died, the mortality rate was 40%. Conclusion: Early reasons for the rapid identification of shock, the correct early treatment can significantly improve the prognosis.
