基层医院小切口胆囊切除术25例临床体会
【摘要】目的： 探讨基层医院开展小切口胆囊切除术的可行性,总结临床经验。方法：对我院25例患者施行小切口胆囊切除术的治疗效果进行回顾性总结。结果：本组25例施行小切口胆囊切除术，无胆瘘,腹腔内出血，胆道损伤，切口感染，血肿等并发症发生，术后恢复快，住院时间短，术后切口纤细美观。结论：小切口胆囊切除术是一种安全的小创伤手术，适合在基层医院广泛开展。【关键词】胆囊切除术；小切口

【Abstract】Objective: To explore the grass-roots hospitals in small incision cholecystectomy the feasibility of concluding clinical experience. Method: 25 patients in our hospital implementation of small incision cholecystectomy the therapeutic effect retrospectively concluded. Results: The 25 cases of the purposes of small incision cholecystectomy, no guts fistula, abdominal bleeding, bile duct injury, wound infection, hematoma, and other complications, faster recovery after hospitalization time is short, thin appearance after incision. Conclusion: The small incision cholecystectomy is a safe small trauma surgery, the hospital for extensive undertaken at the grassroots level.
