【摘要】促肝细胞生长素是从新鲜乳猪肝脏或未哺乳新生中新鲜肝脏中提取纯化后制备而成的小分子多肽类活性物质。临床常用于各种重型病毒性肝炎的辅助治疗，不良反应少见，引起过敏性休克罕见，现将我院2007年使用促肝细胞生长素致过敏性休克1例报告如下。【关键词】促肝细胞生长素；过敏性休克；护理；静脉滴注
