【摘要】目的：利用男性精浆果糖和酸性磷酸酶二指标检测男性不孕的可行性进行探讨。方法：对精液进行精浆果糖和酸性磷酸酶的检测，用Excel对进行统计分析。结果：SPF和精浆AS异常率分别为20.13 % 和 58.34%，异常组SPF和精浆AS显著高于正常组，有较高的异常检出率。结论：SPF和精浆AS可作为男性不育有价值的常规检查项目。
