【摘要】α-突触核蛋白是一种中枢神经系统突触前表达的可溶性蛋白，与帕金森病的发病有密切的关系。α-突触核蛋白在各种生理，环境因素的影响下异常表达和聚集，通过一系列的氧化应激等生化反应，产生了对神经元的毒性作用，从而参与了帕金森病的发生。对α-突触核蛋白的化学性质，聚集的机制及其影响因素的了解与研究，将会十分有利于帕金森病的预防和治疗。

    【Abstract】Alpha - the synapse nucleoalbumin is the soluble protein which one kind of central nervous system synapse, expresses, gets sick the morbidity with Parkinson to have the close relationship. Alpha - the synapse nucleoalbumin in each physiology, under environmental factor's influence exceptionally expresses and gathers, through biochemistry and so on a series of oxidized stress responded, has produced to neuron's toxic effect, thus participated in the occurrence which Parkinson gets sick.
