【摘要】阿尔茨海默病具有神经原纤维缠结和tau蛋白的异常磷酸化两大病理特征，这种病理特征可导致神经细胞骨架异常并与神经原死亡有关，近来的一些理论提出的糖原合酶激酶(GSK)参与了上述两大病理特征的形成，本文就GSK在AD病变中对大脑功能的影响及相关联系综合论述，主要概述在AD时GSK的变化和由此所引起的一系列改变。
