【摘要】目的：探讨3种抗抑郁药物治疗方案的药物经济学价值。方法：运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法对3种抗抑郁药物方案进行回顾性分析评价。结果：3种方案的成本-效果比依次是：3.04、2.98、5.11。 结论：A组方案为最佳方案。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discusses 3 anti-despondent pharmacological treatment plan the medicine economic value. Method: Carries on the review analysis appraisal using the medicine economic cost - effect analytic method to 3 anti-despondent medicine plans. Finally: 3 kind of plan's cost - effects compare are in turn: 3.04th, 2.98, 5.11. Conclusion: A group of plan is the preferred plan.
