【摘要】目的：探讨心电图(ECG)V1,5导联T波的特征及V6导联T波和R波的特征； TV1/T v5>1,V6T/R<1/10在冠心病的诊断及预后评价中的作用。方法：分析150例因胸部不适而接受冠状动脉造影(CAG)患者的心电图TV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性率在CAG阳性及阴性组中的差异,以及随访观察CAG阳性患者中冠状动脉(简称冠脉)事件发生率。结果： TV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性率在CAG阳性组和阴性组中分别为54.0%,14.1%,两者间差异显著(P<0.01);在CAG阳性患者中,有TV1/TV5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性患者冠脉事件发生率高于TV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10阴性患者。结论：对于胸部不适的患者,心电图T V1>T V5,6阳性可提示冠脉存在病变,并可预示在CAG阳性患者中,有TV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10阳性其冠脉事件发生率高。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the T wave and R wave characters of leads V1, V5, V6 in patients with suspected to suffer from coonary artery disease(CAD), TV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10 was analysed.MethodsFrom 225 patients which were suffered from chest pain were undergone coronary angiography. TV1/TV5>1,V6T/R<1/10 were analyzed between CAG positive group and CAG passive group. The rate of cardiovascular events was evaluated. ResultsThe rate ofTV1/T V5>1,V6T/R<1/10 in CAG positive group and CAG negative group were 54.0%, 14.1%, respectively. It has significant different (P<0.01); The rate of cardiovascular events TV1/TV5>1,V6T/R<1/10 in CAG positive group are more than negative group. ConclusionIn CAG positive patients, there were significant lesions of coronary artery with TV1/TV5>1,V6T/R<1/10positive,and TV1/TV5>1,V6T/R<1/10 positive was an implication of higher cardiovascular events. ......
