【摘要】随着我国经济的快速发展，农民进城务工日渐增多，这无疑给农民摆脱贫困带来机会。尽管党和政府非常关心农民的问题，相继颁发了许多法律、法规和文件，农民工的一些问题得到很好的解决。但做为弱势群体的农民工还存在各种问题，有些问题还相当严重，比如农民工的职业病发病率明显增高，“矽肺村”、“怪病村”屡见不止。使一心想脱贫致富的农民，不但没有变得富裕，而且使一些农民兄弟陷入更加贫困的境地。如果解决不好，必将成为妨碍新农村发展的社会问题。

    【Abstract】Along with our country economy's fast development, the farmer enters a city to work increases day after day, the white pollution brings the opportunity without doubt to the farmer. Although the party and the government cared that farmer's question, has issued many laws, the laws and regulations and the document one after another, peasant laborer's some questions obtains the very good solution. But does for minority groups' peasant laborers also has each kind of problem, some questions are also quite serious, for instance peasant laborer's occupational disease incidence rate obvious markup, “silicosis village”, “the weird disease village” sees repeatedly continues. Causes farmer who wants to cast off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity wholeheartedly, not only has not become wealthy, moreover causes some farmer brothers to fall into the even more impoverished region. If the solution is not good, will certainly to become hinders the new rural development the social question. ......
