[摘 要] 目的 探讨不稳定型肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗效果。方法 2000年3月～2007年6月对收治的21例不稳定型肩胛骨骨折进行切开复位内固定手术治疗，21例中男16例，女5例，年龄17～54岁，平均30.7岁。结果 其中20例患者随访资料完整，随访时间6个月至20个月。采用Hardegger肩关节功能评定标准[1]，优10例，良8例，可3例，优良率85.7℅。骨折平均愈合时间9周，术后无并发症发生。结论 对不稳定型肩胛骨骨折应在严格掌握指征的基础上，根据骨折类型选择合适入路进行切开复位内固定手术治疗，早期手术治疗和功能锻炼可恢复良好的肩关节功能。

    [Abstract] Objective To describe the effect of operative treatment for the unstable scapular fracture. Methods From March 2000 to June 2007, 21 cases with unstable scapular fracture were treated by surgical operation,male in 16 cases and female in 5 cases. The average age was 30.7 years (range from 17 to 54 years ). Results All of 20 cases were followed-up from 6 months to 20 months.Average clinical healing time last for 9 weeks. No complication occurred and mobility of the lesion shoulders recovered satisfactory. According to hardegger evaluation, 10 cases showed excellent results, 8 good,3 fair.The satisfactory rate of functional recover was 85.7℅. Conclusion The unstable scapular fracture with surgical indication should be treated by different surgical entry and internal fixation according to different type of fracture.The excellent results depend on operative treatment and early exercise ......
