[摘 要]目的探讨舌下含服米索前列醇预防顺产产后出血的疗效与安全性。方法 将妊娠晚期顺产者280例随机分为三组，米索前列醇组、缩宫素组和徒手按摩子宫组，分别予舌下含米索前列醇，肌肉注射缩宫素和徒手按摩子宫处理。观察各组第3 产程时间及产后2 h 出血量。记录药物的副作用。结果观察组第3 产程和产后2 h 出血量与缩宫素组和徒手按摩子宫组相比较有显著性差异( P<0.05)。各组病例均无严重药物不良反应发生。结论舌下含服米索前列醇预防顺产产后出血强于缩宫素和徒手按摩子宫，效果良好，用药方便、安全，适宜于基层医院推广

    [Abstract] Objects: The paper discusses the efficacy and safety of sublingual misoprostol’s prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 280 cases of being late pregnancy-middle class were randomly divided into three groups, misoprostol group, oxytocin group and the unarmed massage group. Three groups are respectively delivered to sublingual misoprostol, intramuscular oxytocin and uterine massage uterine. We observe the Group 3-way time and the amount of bleeding after post partum two hours; and record the side effects of drug. Results: The Group 3-way time and the amount of bleeding after post partum two hours of observer Group has a significant difference comparing with oxytocin group and the unarmed uterine massage group( P<0.05). Each group has no serious cases of adverse drug reactions. Conclusions: In the term of prevention of post-partum hemorrhage, sublingual misoprostol is more than oxytocin and uterine manual massage, its good results, medication convenience, safety, suitable for the promotion of grass-roots hospitals. ......
