高敏C反应蛋白水平与血液流变性在尿毒症患者的临床分析(2)
综上所述,尿毒症患者血管存在广泛的微炎症,血流特性呈高黏、高凝状态、微循环瘀滞,两者互为因果,增加了患心脑血管并发症的危险。因此,通过监测尿毒症患者HSCRP及血液流变学特性,可早期判断尿毒症患者患心血管并发症的风险。有望通过降纤、活血化瘀改善血管内皮炎症状态,达到延缓病程,防止心脑血管并发症的发生,提高生活质量。
