硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合通滞苏润江胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的探讨硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合通滞苏润江胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法198例膝骨性关节炎患者，随机分为硫酸氨基葡萄糖组(n=66)，通滞苏润江胶囊组(n=66)以及硫酸氨基葡萄糖与通滞苏润江胶囊联合组(n=66)。采用Lequesne指数作为疗效评分标准，观察3组治疗前后的膝关节临床变化，记录不良反应。结果治疗后6周，3个月，联合组与通滞苏润江胶囊组症状改善明显，以联合组最佳，硫酸氨基葡萄糖组症状改善缓慢，关节评分较前两组差(P<0.05)；治疗6个月后，联合组与硫酸氨基葡萄糖病组评分持续下降，但以联合组为甚，两组与治疗前比较差异均有极显著性(p<0.01)，且联合组优于氨基葡萄糖组(p<0.05)，而通滞苏润江胶囊组变化不明显(p>0.05)。3组的不良反应率分别为4.82%、5.56%和6.35%，无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论联合应用硫酸氨基葡萄糖和通滞苏润江胶囊治疗骨关节炎有很好的疗效，且安全性良好，二者结合治疗骨关节炎值得推广。

The Treatment Effect of Glucosamine sulfate and Tongzhisurunjiang Capsule on Osteoarthritis of KneeAbstractObjective： To observe the effect and safetyof glucosamine sulfate combinedwith thetongzhisurunjiang capsule on treating the knee osteoarthritis.Methods：198 cases with knee osteoarthritis were divided into three groups randomly， the glucosamine sulfate group (n=66)， the tongzhisurunjiang group (n=66)， and the combined treating group (n=66). Based the clinical index which was evaluated by Lequesne functional index， the improvement of the knee joints in these three groups was observed， and the adverse reactions were also recorded at the same time. Results： Lequesne functional index in 6 weeks， and later in 3 months after treatment were lower than before treatment in combined group and tongzhisurunjiang group， especially in the combined group， while the change in glucosamine sulfate group was insignificant； Lequesne functional index continued to decline in six months after treatment in combined group and glucosamine sulfate group， especially in the combined group(p<0.01).The treatment effect of combined group was better than the glucosamine sulfate group (p<0.05)， while the change in tongzhisurunjiang group was insignificant (p>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions were 4.82%、5.56% and 6.35% respectively，and there was no significant difference in these three groups(p>0.05).Conclusion： Glucosamine sulfate combined with the tongzhisurunjiang capsule is safe to treat knee osteoarthritis and the clinical effects is satisfactory ......
