[摘要]目的探讨妊娠中晚期孕妇的心电图异常改变及分析其产生机制。方法选择10000例接受常规心电图检查的中晚期孕妇的心电图进行分析。结果心电图异常3506例(35.06%)，常见异常有窦性心动过速、ST-T改变、室性早搏、QRS波低电压，其次为预激综合症、右束支传导阻滞等。随着孕妇年龄、孕周的增加，心电图异常逐渐增多。结论妊娠中晚期孕妇异常心电图发生率较高，心电图检查可及时发现孕妇的心血管异常，应作为孕期常规检查之一。
