窝沟封闭防儿童龋齿疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 研究窝沟封闭对儿童龋齿的预防效果。方法 采用自身对侧对照的方法,选择120例6~8岁儿童已完全萌出的第1恒磨牙,随机确定一侧为实验侧,进行窝沟封闭治疗,并于治疗后的1、2、3a随访复查,计算封闭剂保留率和龋齿降低率,用以评价治疗效果。结果窝沟封闭后1、2、3a后保留率和龋降低率呈正比；对照组和实验组龋发生率明显差异，具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 窝沟封闭术能有效保护牙釉质不受细菌和代谢产物侵袭，预防龋病发生，并能阻止已存在的早期龋的发展。
