[摘要] 目的 探讨采用健康教育对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的促进作用。方法 选择本社区纳入管理的糖尿病患者60例，行有计划的、系统的健康教育，并就其对患者自我管理能力的影响进行总结分析。结果 糖尿病健康教育后自我管理能力变化明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 在社区采用健康教育为主的系列措施，可有效控制病情，提高患者自我保健能力，进而提高生存质量。

    Diabetes self-management health education role in promoting the use of Analysis

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the use of health education on diabetes self-management role. Methods: The medical community treated 60 patients with diabetes, and with planned, systematic health education, and on its ability to influence patient self-management were analyzed. Results: Diabetes self-management health education changes than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The use of health education in community-based series of measures which can effectively control the disease, improve patient self-care ability, and to improve quality of life.
