[摘要]目的 分析临床血液透析患者的护理。方法 对2010年5月至2011年2月在我院进行治疗患者132例，对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上于透析前、透析中、透析后实施舒适护理。结果 对照组66例中，优良占69.7%；观察组66例中，优良占98.5%。结论 病人在生理、心理及社会三方面获得满足感和舒适感，从而提高了满意度。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical care of patients with hemodialysis. Method of May 2010 to February 2011 patients treated in our hospital 132 cases of routine care control group, on the basis of the observation group in pre-dialysis, dialysis, dialysis implementation of comfort care. Results In the control group of 66 cases, good 69.7%; observation group of 66 cases, accounting for 98.5% of the fine. Conclusion In patients with physical, psychological and social aspects satisfaction and comfort, resulting in improved satisfaction.
