探讨幽门螺杆菌与胃癌的关系(2)
Hp研究中有一些手段和途径目前应用较少,很值得一提:①Hp的基因库已经建立[4],其对Hp菌株的致病特异性、药物筛选、疫苗研制等可能发挥巨大作用;②适合于不同研究需要的各种螺杆菌属动物模型的建立[9]将会为研究提供有效手段;③对儿童Hp感染的研究可减少许多影响因素而得出更可靠的结论。
Hp与胃癌关系的研究将是今后Hp研究的焦点,我们面临的将是新一轮更高难度研究的挑战.。在今后的研究中,胃肠病学家将比以往更需要基础学科专家的共同参与。
