浅谈铸造陶瓷全冠修复体的临床体会(2)
综上所述,研究表明全瓷冠在继发龋的产生、边缘密合度和折断率方面无差异。全瓷冠没有金属结构,颈缘无牙龈染色的情况[13]。因此随着人们对口腔修复体美观要求的不断提高,全瓷修复体将成为口腔修复的一种趋势。随着全瓷材料性能的不断提高、牙科修复加工工艺的不断改进,全瓷修复在口腔临床应用上将愈加广泛。
