神经穿透素功能的研究进展(2)
3 展望
笔者翻阅大量文献后感觉,NP可能为中枢神经系统突触可塑性正负调控网络中重要的结点。同时其与免疫分子CRP的高度同源性预示着其在神经免疫学中广阔的研究前景。NP表达与功能的异常为多种疾病发病机制的研究提供了崭新的视角,也为治疗提供了新的着手点。但是,目前国内对于NP的研究还有待加强,笔者希望通过这篇综述,为国内在青光眼和其它疾病治疗的发展提供一些资料,从而有效提高国民的生活水平。
