【摘要】目的 探讨手外伤后手功能重建的几种方法。方法 选用第2趾移植、第2趾加足背皮瓣移植、第2趾联合同侧拇甲皮瓣移植、前臂岛状皮瓣加废指旨骨再造以及急诊得用废指再植修复等方法,为31例1～5指缺损和5例前臂绞窄完全断离伤患者重建手的功能。结果 重建手指全部成活,前臂再植全部成功,成活率100%。经1～20年随访,重建手指感觉、运动良好者31例,优良率83.3%。结论 对于外伤致拇、手指缺损者,只要把握好适应症和手术时机,选取最佳手术方法重建拇、手指,可使患者重获很好的手功能。

    【abstract】objective: conducted several methods of reconstruction. Methods: select 2 toe transplantation, second toe foot back flap grafting, second toe joint ipsilateral thumb a flap grafting, forearm island flap and waste refers to the bone and emergency decree to waste refers to the methods for replantation repair, 31 cases of 1 ～ 5 refers to the defect and 5 cases of forearm strangulation completely broken away from injury patients reconstruction function of hand.
