【摘要】目的 评价Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡对临床疟疾现症患者的检测效果,为今后在基层开展现场应用提供依据。方法 以病原学镜检结果或特效药物治疗效果为依据,判定评价Binax Now疟疾快速诊断试剂卡检测疟疾的敏感性和特异性。结果 临床“四热”病人接受Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡和病原学2种方法检查的53例中,均为阳性者24例,阴性25例,敏感性100%(24/24),特异性86.21%(25/29),两者符合率92.46%(49/53),单一显示Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性4例。而未做病原学检测15例中,Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性5例,对单一显示Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡阳性9例,经过磷酸氯喹片/磷酸伯氯喹片组合药或蒿甲醚治疗有效或治愈,证实是非恶性疟的其它疟疾或恶性疟。结论 采用Binax Now疟疾诊断疟疾现症患者的阳性敏感性高(可达100%),与病原学镜检相比,Binax Now 疟疾快速诊断试剂卡快速、简便、可靠、敏感和特异性高,适合在基层推广使用。
