【摘要】目的 评价医用皱纹纸包装器械后的灭菌有效时间和存放环境。方法 医用皱纹纸双层包装再生医疗器械后,经预真空压力蒸汽灭菌后,存放于室温9-31℃,温湿度30-70%,细菌菌落总数≤500cfu/m3的环境下。于灭菌后当天、第30天、第60天、第90天、第120天、第150天、第185天进行细菌培养。结果 无细菌生长。结论 在室温9-31℃,温湿度30-70%,细菌菌落总数≤500cfu/m3的环境下,医用皱纹纸包装的无菌包存放时间能够达到180天。

    Study on the storage condition when using medical crepe paper as external packing of sterile articles

    【Abstract】Objective To assess the shelf-time and storage condition of instruments packaged with medical crepe paper.Method Using two –layers medical crepe paper to pack the reprocessing medical instruments, the packages have been autoclaved in pre-vacuum sterilizer and stored under condition of room temp. 9-31℃, humiture 30-70%, and bacterial colony lump-sum≤500cfu/m3. The packages have been incubated in the same day, and in the 30th, 60th, 90th, 120th, 150th, 185th day after sterilization.Result No bacterial growth.Conclusion Under the condition of room temp. 9-31℃, humiture 30-70%, and bacterial colony lump-sum≤500cfu/m3, the shelf-time of sterile packing packaged with medical crepe paper could come up to 180 days. ......
