    【摘要】咽旁间隙肿瘤是一种较为罕见的头颈部肿瘤，目前在诊治过程中尚存在一定难题。文章通过对咽旁间隙肿瘤的解剖特征、分类、临床表现、诊断、治疗等内容的阐述，较为全面地概括了该肿瘤的特征及诊治方法，为临床实践提供一定依据。
