    【摘要】目的：探讨Medpor外科种植体鼻腔植入治疗萎缩性鼻炎(AR)的疗效分析。方法：选取38例萎缩性鼻炎的患者，行Medpor外科种植体经唇龈切口鼻底黏膜下填充术，对远期疗效进行观察。结果：38例经3-10年随访观察，治愈21例(55.3%)，显效11例(28.9%)，改善4例(10.5%)，无效2例(5.3%)。本组病例总有效率94.7%。结论：Medpor外科种植体是治疗萎缩性鼻炎的理想材料。
