【摘要】 目的 探讨早期的护理干预对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)预后的作用和影响。方法 将本院收治的142例确诊为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的患儿随机平分为干预组、对照组，两组均进行阶段评估和最终评估，并分析进行早期护理干预的影响。结果 干预组HIE患儿在智力发育、运动、适应行为、心理方面的测试数据均优于对照组。结论 早期的护理干预如加强患儿的强化教育及训练能够在一定程度上促进患儿智能发育，改善预后。

【Abstract】Objective To research about effecton prognosis of newborn hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) by early nursing intervention.Methods 144 cases of HIE were divided into experimental group and control group at random.Separate assessment and final assessment stage，and analyzed the results.Results Up to the 24th month，MDI and social competence of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.The incidence of cerebral palsy was lower.Conclusion Early nursing intervention，strengthening education and training to strengthen children can improve prognosis of HIE infants ......
