胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术的细节护理干预分析

     【摘要】 目的 提高医护人员对胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术中护理工作的认识。方法 选择200例剖胸手术患者，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予细节护理干预，观察护理效果。结果 实验组患者住院时间短，平均胸管放置时间短，病人综合满意度高，p<0.05。结论 胸腔镜辅助小切口开胸术实施细节护理干预能有效促进疾病治愈，值得在开胸手术中加以推广。
