    【摘要】布鲁菌病是目前世界上流行最广、危害最大的人兽共患病之一。该病的病原是细胞内寄生的布鲁菌(革兰氏阴性细菌。布鲁菌病因其独特的致病机制及感染后难以根治的特点，防控该病一直是以应用疫苗进行预防为主。
