维持性血液透析常见并发症的原因分析及护理对策

【摘要】目的分析和讨论维持性血液透析治疗患者时出现的常见并发症，提出有效的护理措施。方法对我院2010——2011年收治的通过透析治疗肾病患者72例，就不同肾病的并发症发生进行比较。结果整体比较，p>0.05，尚不能认为不同肾病并发症的发生率有差异。但是经过比较，肾病并发症的发生率较高。结论长期进行血液透析的患者因为各种并发症的发生降低了其存活率，但只要患者积极地配合治疗，保持乐观的心态，进行充分的透析治疗，可以有效地控制并发症的发生。
