责任制护理模式在健康体检中心的应用研究

     [摘要] 目的 探讨责任制护理模式在健康体检中心的应用效果。方法 随机抽取2012年7月预约在我中心体检的100名体检者平均分为2组，对健康体检中心中传统护理模式(对照组)与责任制护理模式(实验组)中体检者的满意度进行评估。结果 责任制护理模式组满意度高于传统护理模式组(P<0.05)。结论 责任制护理模式在健康体检中心的应用体现了以人为本的理念，提高了护士的工作效率和护理服务质量。
