【摘要】 目的 分析股骨疲劳性骨折CT、MRI影像特点及应用价值。方法 对本院诊治的股骨疲劳性骨折患者36例临床资料进行回顾性分析，鉴别股骨疲劳性骨折CT、MRI影像特点。结果 36例股骨疲劳性骨折患者均可根据CT和MRI作出诊断。结论 股骨疲劳性骨折可根据CT和MRI影像学表现特点，并结合病理表现和临床症状可作出确切诊断。
