HPLC法测定乳痛宁糖浆中芍药苷的含量

     【摘要】 目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定乳痛宁糖浆中芍药苷的含量。方法 HPLC法，以C18化学键合硅胶(4.6mm×150mm，5μm)为色谱柱，流动相为甲醇：水(30：70)，流速：1.0ml·min-1，柱温：25℃；检测波长为230nm。结果 芍药苷检测浓度在16.68-122.32μg·ml-1范围内与峰面积值呈系良好线性关系，(r=0.998)；平均加样回收率为99.30%，RSD=0.88%(n=9)。结论 本方法简便快捷、灵明度高、重现性好，可以作为该制剂的质量控制之一。
