     【摘要】 目的 探讨优质护理服务在精神科中的实施效果。方法 选取我院精神科门诊实施优质护理服务前的450例患者作为对照组，另选取实施优质护理服务后的450例患者作为观察组，观察两组患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的治疗依从率和护理满意度均显著高于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务在门诊精神科中具有较好的应用效果。
