优质护理服务在精神科中的实施效果评价

【摘要】 目的 探讨优质护理服务在精神科中的实施效果。方法 选取我院精神科门诊实施优质护理服务前的450例患者作为对照组，另选取实施优质护理服务后的450例患者作为观察组，观察两组患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的治疗依从率和护理满意度均显著高于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务在门诊精神科中具有较好的应用效果。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service in psychiatry department.Methods 450 cases of psychiatric before high quality nursing service implementation were selected as control group，the other 450 cases after high quality nursing service implementation were selected as observation group，observed compliance of treatment and nursing satisfaction.Results The compliance of treatment and nursing satisfaction of cases in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group，there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking high quality nursing service in the psychiatry department has good application effect ......
